After banning controversial Dutch MP Geert Wilders - ostensibly because he spouts hate speech - the British see no problem in welcoming an official from the terrorist group Hezb'allah whose charter calls for the destruction of Israel:

Just weeks after Dutch parliament member Geert Wilders was banned from Britain, and one year after Israel's Moshe Feiglin was similarly banned, British Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is apparently going to allow Ibrahim Moussawi, a spokesman for the Hezbullah terror group, into England to deliver a lecture later this month. Britain even recognizes Hezb'allah as a terrorist group and is allowing one of their spokesman to give a lecture?

I guess "free speech" is a negotiable commodity in Great Britain. As is a "backbone," "guts," and some other human attributes that the once brave and powerful island nation seems to have thrown under the bus.I wonder if Mr. Moussawi will repeat some of the gems about Israel and the Jews that he has said in other venues. Like what for instance?

He has allegedly called Jews "a lesion on the forehead of history" and said of Israel: "Pain is the only language that the enemy understands."Yes, but he is a member of an oppressed minority so he is allowed a little leeway in his hate speech.

Britain goes to sleep with the sword of Allah preparing to strike a death blow.

CAIR Targets KSFO AM

If you've never heard of CAIR, now is the time to educate yourself. CAIR stands for the Council on American Islamic Relations. This radical Islamic organization wants nothing less than to intall Sharia law (I'm talking Taliban-type stuff) here in the U.S.

Time after time CAIR targets anyone and everyone who "slights" Islam. We must not allow CAIR to intimidate us.

Now CAIR has its sights on KSFO AM 900 in San Francisco - in particular two talk show hosts for a recent segment in which they mocked Islam, misstated Muslim beliefs and cast suspicion on political participation by American Muslims. Listen to the audio.

Nearly 65,000 people have signed an online petition protesting President Obama's scheduled May 17 commencement address at the University of Notre Dame, saying the president's views on abortion and stem cell research "directly contradict" Roman Catholic teachings.

"It is an outrage and a scandal that 'Our Lady's University,' one of the premier Catholic universities in the United States, would bestow such an honor on President Obama given his clear support for policies and laws that directly contradict fundamental Catholic teachings on life and marriage," the petition at notredamescandal.com reads.

Prosecutors Claim Pakistani Terror Suspect Is Faking Mental Illness

NEW YORK — Federal prosecutors say a U.S.-trained scientist from Pakistan suspected of being an Al Qaeda operative is faking mental illness to avoid a trial.

Aafia Siddiqui was a global fugitive for five years until she turned up at a police station in Afghanistan over the summer and was wounded in a struggle with U.S. soldiers.

According to a complaint released in August 2008, Ms. Siddiqui, who has alleged ties to Al Qaeda, was arrested in Afghanistan in July 2008 after officers observed her loitering near a governor's compound. The complaint said a search of her handbag uncovered documents describing the production of explosives as well as chemical, biological, and radiological weapons.

The papers also included descriptions of American landmarks, including the Empire State Building in New York City.

The complaint states that an American soldier put his rifle on the floor next to him, unaware that Ms. Siddiqui was being held behind a curtain nearby. Ms. Siddiqui allegedly grabbed the gun and tried to kill the Americans in the room, but missed as they wrestled it away and shot her in the torso.

No one will speak on the record, but the implication is that Siddiqui was a suicide-bomber-in-training, and that she was under the control of terrorists during the nearly five years in which she dropped out of sight.

Psychologists initially concluded she was unfit for trial. On Thursday, an assistant United States attorney, David Raskin, told a judge in Federal District Court that the psychiatrists, each working independently and unaware of the other’s findings, concluded that the symptoms that had been seen “were attributed to malingering.”

“It was manipulation by the defendant,” Mr. Raskin told Judge Richard M. Berman, “as opposed to any signs of serious mental illness.”

According to a government document, one psychiatrist wrote that Ms. Siddiqui “has most likely fabricated reported psychiatric symptoms to give credibility to her claims that she suffers a mental disorder.”

The psychiatrist added that Ms. Siddiqui may believe a finding of incompetence “could serve to both prevent prosecution while at the same time facilitating rapid repatriation,” the document says.

Ms. Siddiqui’s lawyer, Dawn M. Cardi, said in court that she intended to retain her own experts to review the new evaluations and to examine her client. Ms. Cardi said by telephone after the hearing, “We assert that she’s not malingering.”

A hearing is planned for June 1.
